Endurance workouts are different from regular workouts. Most endurance workouts require either running, rowing, swimming or biking, whatever endurance sport you are training for. I am doing at least two additional endurance workouts per week and one long run, while I'm training for the half marathon, and I am dedicated to doing at least one endurance workout per week once the half marathon is completed. Today I completed an endurance workout after two days of rest. If you are a runner or triathlete I would recommend adding endurance workouts to your training program.
