Epic Win, Epic Fail

Our lives our composed of successes and failures. We win some and we lose some. But what makes us better. Our successes give us confidence, while our failures give us drive and determination to improve and make our failure a success.

My recent epic win came when I completed my first half marathon in Nashville. I never reached the "runner's high," however, it was a proud moment and I felt awesome. My epic fail came today. I didn't complete my first workout in Crossfit. I hit the wall and Barbara kicked my ass all over the gym. I completed 2 rounds out of 5, and discontinued the workout after that. But I will conquer Barbara mark my words. Her and I have a date real soon.

  1. You're doing Awesome Whitney! My time today came only because my bands were too strong. I moved to a red after three rounds WITH a green band. My upper body strength is complete crap, but that's why im there. I woke up 4 weeks ago and decided to make a big change in myself...thus Crossfit. My knee struggles with the running and the box jumps but in time it will hopefully get lined out! All of u are inspirations to me and im very proud to know each of you! Keep ur chin up! Im not proud of my workout today by any means. I felt the bands cheated me. Next time...less will better me!!
